What is Barley Gold?

How do I store it?

The BARLEY GOLD packaging is sealed when you receive it.  Please open carefully.  In dry climates it does not need to be stored airtight.  However, in high humidity areas it will absorb moisture and loose its potency.  Also, it must not be heated above 35 degree C. (as in baking) this will cause deterioration of important enzymes.

How much do I take?

LEVEL 1

     Day     1- 7:     Start with ½ teaspoon once a day.

     Day    8-14:     Increase to 1 heaping teaspoon once a day.

     Day 15 - 21:    Increase to 2 heaping teaspoons once a day.

     Day 22 - 28:    Increase to 1 heaping tablespoon once a day.

     Day 29 - 35:    Increase to 2 heaping tablespoon one time per day.

     Month 2 - 3:   Maintain for a least 30 – 45 days.

     Month 4 - 5:   Gradually increase to 3 tablespoons, morning, noon and       Evening.

                            Maintain for another 30 -45 days, if desired.

LEVEL 2 (Ancient Barley Gold)

    Day 1 -   7:     Start with 1 tablespoon once a day.

    Day 8 - 14:     Increase to 2 heaping tablespoon once a day.

                          Maintain this for at least 2 weeks before increasing serving, if desired.

How do I take it?
